Vadim was a great realtor. Always on time or even early, answers phone very quick, and responds to messages very fast. Very knowledgeable as well.

We worked with Sarah to get our Hillsboro home sold and we cannot say enough good things. She brought expertise, strategy, negotiation skills, a vast network of professionals, and genuine care to a very challenging sale. She is knowledgeable, prompt and thorough in her communication, which was incredibly helpful for a set of anxious sellers like us. And truly, she really cares about the people she works with. My only regret is that we can’t use her to buy our next house in Colorado (but she even had a network to connect us to for that!)
The details: We handed Sarah a very difficult situation. We were selling a house with tenants in it, we had a strict deadline, and the property had aging aspects like the roof and HVAC. To top it off, interest rates went up the exact same week we went on the market, causing everything to slow down. Sarah handled all of it flawlessly. She had a strategy for everything, coaching us through the process while ensuring we remained the decision-makers.
Sarah also went above and beyond by decorating our house after the tenants moved out. She has a real flair for making spaces look great and brought her own decor to make the home shine. Even though it was empty she still gave it the warm feelings of a well cared for home. Beyond her design skills and knowledge, she has an incredible network. Every professional she brought to us (a roofer, HVAC pro, home energy score guy, and a phenomenal title company) were all top-notch. We were so impressed with the friendliness, responsiveness, professionalism, and they also loved Sarah.
Through it all, we always felt heard, seen, and completely supported. We never felt like just another sale, nor did we ever feel like a bother.
The end result? Sarah got our house sold before our deadline, managed to move the closing up by 5 days, and sold it for over our list price! In this challenging market, those results seemed nearly impossible. I was educated by her in real time, so I know for a fact that this outcome was only possible because of Sarah’s expertise, experience, care, and action. We cannot recommend her highly enough!

Maryann did absolutely amazing through out the whole process and helped make the entire home buying process feel incredibly stress free. She was there to answer any and all of my questions no matter how silly they may have been which was incredibly appreciated being a first time homebuyer!

Tammy was a great help to us and made selling our home very easy. She had excellent suggestions throughout the process & a reputable team of folks to help with home maintenance/repairs. Sarah was amazing! First her memory is fantastic because even after a 6 or 7 month gap between showings she still remembered everything about me. I met Maryann several years ago as part of a professional group and we have maintained contact ever since. What I believe others should know about Maryann is not only is she the consumate professional, she is one of the kindest people I have met. Maryann is the person who will go to the wall to help others. If you need help, have questions, she listens and then jumps into action. I hate to say this about society writ large. but in a world that is increasingly difficult where we are losing person to person warmth and integrity, Maryann is the opposite. She combines an extensive body of knowledge with old fashioned on the ground action and going the extra mile. She would be the person to call if you have an emergency. (Yes, I would include no Chick-fil-A an emergency, as would she.) I have learned a great from Maryann and whenever I need a dose of light, she is there. SO INCREDIBLY THANKFUL!!! After an entire year with a different agent dropping the ball on our property, lying to us & unsuccessfully selling our house, we found Tim. He was thoughtful, supportive, determined & incredibly helpful with all of our needs. Especially with us living our of state, it is a big risk having somebody drive the train of selling and caring for your house. Tim stepped up gladly and managed to sell our house less than 3 months after getting the listing, even though it was in the slowest time of the year and in a tough economy!!! Wish we had known him initially -- would have saved us about $30k in mortgage costs, plus we likely would have made a lot more profit since it was intake listed during a better "seller's market" period.
