Kimberlee was great at walking us through what to expect next as first-time home buyers. She was knowledgeable about the areas of each home and open to any questions we had. She was prompt with her replies and scheduling viewings to ensure the process went smoothly and quickly. She made us feel comfortable while viewing each home and allowed us to look on our own without being overbearing or following us from room to room. She went to bat for us on the closing terms, repairs, agreements, and papers.
I’m happy to say that Kimberlee represented us in the sale of our home in Madison, Ms. We were very pleased with her tenacity and her ability to make sure that we were represented well. She had pictures and video taken of the house and uploaded in a timely manner. Within days of this, we got an offer. A couple of weeks later, the second offer we received, we were pleased to take. Dude I literally could not say enough nice things about her, as a realtor she was of course professional and attentive to our needs and all that good jazz, but what really set her apart was how personal she was with us through the whole thing. Throughout the whole process she personally made sure that me and my wife were more than taken care of and she made us feel at ease throughout the whole process (not everyone does it like that). from buying and selling she showed up and showed out for real.
