Thomas and I were originally looking to buy a plot of land and went back and forth a number of times, changing our minds on what we wanted and probably throwing him for a loop on a number of occasions! Most importantly though to us, was Shane's transparency and honesty. In working with him, Thomas and I immediately felt a sense of trust and confidence, making the process as stress-free as it could be, and dare I say...fun?

We truly only have glowing things to say about Shane. Buying a house, especially in today's market, is frankly nerve-wracking. I do not even know where to begin. My husband and I had to find a new realtor since ours had recently passed away, I reached out to Jennifer and it was like we have known her forever. She made us feel like family and always played with our little girl whenever we had things to do on our new home as far as inspections. We had an interesting sellers agent and she powered through with us even tho we all at one point wanted to just be done. She truly looks out for her clients and is the best there is in this town!!!

Shane is an excellent realtor and helped us buy land property in Front Royal. He is very professional, prompt and always early in our meetings. Shane explained the land sale process to us before and after we closed. He is reliable. He gives his honest opinion. He is very helpful. He is patient in answering all our questions. We also appreciate that he is not pushy instead he always asked what we want and works with us within our list of constraints.
