Clint did an outstanding job in helping us find the exact home we wanted. He helped us negotiate a price we were willing to pay with the seller which was thousands less than they were asking for. He kept us abrest of what was going on, communicating with us all along the way. We couldn't have asked for a better experience, absolutely top flight. He treated us like we were family.

We have known Curtis for many years. He sold us our property 25 years ago and has now sold it for us.. Since we have known him, he has found 2 pieces of property for our family and has sold 4 pieces of property for us. He advised us of items that we needed to change and found us talented workers to complete the jobs. He also found us lawn care at a reasonable price and took care of our house after we moved out.. From the moment we met Barbara in 2021 until we closed on our new home 2 weeks ago, she was always available to us, even when we began to explore new construction. She stayed in touch is just the right amount, letting us know about homes that fit our desired profile, but not too many for us to consider. She was an excellent communicator and stayed active during our many months of indecision between new construction and a previously owned home.
