Johnny is a very professional Realtor who is knowledgeable in every aspect of buying and selling a home. He was very patient and helped me find the right home for me. I have used Debbie Bird several times in the past for land transactions and she has done a wonderful job, She is always very professional and works hard to do a good job for her clients. Johnny was always very fast in his communication with us as well as the sellers. He made buying a home a less stressful process! Diana Rodríguez was recommended to me by a fellow colleague and she exceeded my expectations of a Relator. Lindsey was a pleasure to work with. I handled the estate for my mother-n-law who also provided some input and communication with Lindsey at times as well. Lindsey handled the communications professionally and represented the property as if it were her own. She initiated cold freeze protection actions when cold weather hit the area. This was especially important since I lived in South Carolina and my mother-n-law lived in Waco. She had our backs every step of the way. In addition to handling the property, she provided assistance offering recommendations at the eleventh hour of individuals who could help de-inventory the house and ready it for sale. The help was superior, timely and was a life saver! Her familiarity with the local market, knowing the right people who who could help ready the house (deinventory, paint, etc.), and caring for the home as her own made provided for a smooth sale.
