This was my first time buying a home and probably the most hectic rollercoaster of a process for a first time home buyer. Luckily, Bob & Angela handled everything to keep as much stress off of me as possible. They worked their magic after one home last minute fell through to quickly find a place I absolutely loved and get me in before I ran out of time. I trusted (and took) their advice wholeheartedly and it definitely paid off. The hardest part for me was simply paying for inspections and signing off on documents, they did all the heavy lifting and I’m forever grateful.

I'm usually skeptical about people and feel they just put on a front for their job. I didn't feel that with Jennifer Tucker and quickly became as if a best friend I've known my whole life. She was very helpful and informative throughout the process and seemed to do more than what her job requires. Kaelani Knutson was great to work with. We ultimately decided on a new construction home. Although there was some down time in the process as we waited for our home to be completed, Kaelani was still checking in with us, the builder, etc. She was knowledgeable, available, and flexible every step of the way. When we learned of some minor issues with the home, she and her associate Angela, remained persistent all the way to the closing table to ensure all issues were resolved. Caitlin Gruschow was our realtor and was incredible!!! She always had our back when it came to looking at properties and made sure to point out any defects (water damage, siding not completely on, old appliances). It never felt like she was trying to sell us on a house but looking as if she was a buyer and pointing out both the good and bad qualities of the property. I would 100% have Caitlin be our realtor again to sell our house and buy our next property because she always has our best interest in mind. I would highly recommend her to anyone that is looking for a relator.
