They worked tirelessly when other realtors blew us off because we were not looking for a million dollar+ house.
I know there can be a lot of heartbreaks in the real-estate world (for buyer/seller/agent) but you just can’t give up.

When we first met Johanna she explained that his job is more service than sales. She proved that time and again with her thorough knowledge of home sales and the local market. Every time we viewed a new property Johan would perform a inspection, looking for signs of problems and commenting on the quality of the home, finish, appliances, etc. Johan also led us through multiple rounds of negotiation to get to a price we were comfortable with. In the end we found the property that was perfect for us and are loving it so far. My favorite Johan saying ... "the minute you buy a property you become the seller". ????

My wife and I worked with Johanna to purchase our first home and really can’t say enough good things about her. She is knowledgeable, approachable, personable, endlessly patient, and incredibly generous with her time (including mornings, evenings, and weekends over the course of several months). She answered every question and explained every form and every part of the process clearly and thoroughly. Buying a home in this market is challenging, but working with Johanna made it as painless and straightforward as possible. We highly recommend her. She is faithful but you have to be faithful to her as well because people jump from agent to agent and good agents won’t take you seriously. She explained this part and we understood very well.

We were so fortunate to have found Johanna when we moved to New Jersey from The Bronx. . As our Realtor, She helped us find the right house in the right neighborhood for the right price. We sold the house while we were living in a different state, so Johanna took charge and was responsible for literally everything. She had to go to court for us and had to get people to come and clean and remove the hoarders belongings etc. My life was stressful until I contacted her. She gave amazing advice on what to do before selling our property, took all the troubles away and started to prep. After putting the house on the market we were in contract 10 days later. For us, Joe was an easy choice as realtor to sell our home. From the first time we met Joe we got a sense of what a likable person he is. As important as it was for us to feel comfortable and like him, it is even more important for potential buyers to like him. Joe did not disappoint. He was nothing but professional through the entire process. He kept us informed as to potential buyers, possible concerns with the home and the closing process.
