They worked tirelessly when other realtors blew us off because we were not looking for a million dollar+ house.
I know there can be a lot of heartbreaks in the real-estate world (for buyer/seller/agent) but you just can’t give up.
The Saldana team did not give up.

Joe was a pleasure to work with. I was selling my parents home but live 300 miles away. He made it easy. He gave good advice, dealt professionally and kindly with family issues and sold the house quickly. The buyers went for an FHA mortgage and Joe had the work done so the house would pass inspection.

For us, Joe was an easy choice as realtor to sell our home. From the first time we met Joe we got a sense of what a likable person he is. As important as it was for us to feel comfortable and like him, it is even more important for potential buyers to like him. Joe did not disappoint. He was nothing but professional through the entire process. He kept us informed as to potential buyers, possible concerns with the home and the closing process. Joseph's team is excellent and I couldn't be happier with the service they provided during my home search. Any realtor can be polite and professional, but few are as skilled and knowledgeable as Joseph during the many tours, offers, and negotiations we went through before landing on the right home.
LI is a very competitive market. If you want to have the best possible homebuying experience, you have to be willing to be quick and competitive against dozens of other offers. It's hard to do this unless you're confident that you've found the right home. Touring with Joseph is like having a LI homebuying encyclopedia with you, answering anything you want to know (and then some!) The more you know, the more confident and competitive you can be in your search. Not every realtor can offer this skill.
