Joe Lee did a great job with the selling of our home. Leading into the process of selling our home I thought it was going to be such a hassle. It was far from that! Joe Lee made the entire process so smooth. Not a single hiccup! He would regularly check in with us so we didn’t feel lost or out of the loop. As steps were approaching he would let us know in advance so we knew what to expect. I've bought and sold houses in multiple states so have worked with a lot of real estate agents and Joe Lee is, hands down, the best realtor I have EVER worked with. His energy, dedication and partnership were so valuable to me as this particular sale was of my late sister's home and I don't live in Texas. He was sensitive to the situation and then went above/beyond my expectations so many times, I came to realize that's simply how he is and how committed he is to every client. He told me when we first met that he took each sale personally and then proved it over and over. Before we put the house on the market, we found some repairs that needed to be made. Not being familiar with the area myself, I had no idea who to contact. Joe Lee found me great contractors so fast and so reasonably priced that it was unbelievable. His sales strategy for the house was perfect and resulted in the house being sold very fast and above asking price in a tightening market. I am very careful in recommending people because I would hate for someone to rely on it and then not have their experience match mine but with Joe Lee, I say with complete confidence that you cannot go wrong in having him as your real estate agent!
