I purchased my home from Sally Love when I moved to The Villages about 8 years ago. She was great at supporting my needs during the process, as I was new to the area. Later over the years, I recommened Sally to my partner, my sister, my best friend, and I used Sally's firm during the most recent sale of my home! I have found that Sally is not just a great listing agent, her firm is great at being a buyers agent and getting your home sold. Sally is also connected to a team of contractors that can assist immediately with any repairs on your home if needed during/after the inspection process. She gets the job done! I highly recommed Sally and her firm - they're just great folks to work with!

We found Sally after a long search. Her long history with selling properties in The Villages was just what we were looking for. She waited patiently while we searched for a new home, out of state. We were confident that she was "the one" after her giving us advice over a year period. When we listed the house sold fairly quick and she was always available. So much so we listed another home with her to sell after we moved. You cant go wrong with Sally - - not only a great agent a very personable and understanding person. We cant say enough good things about her !!!

Completely dishonest agent! My husband and I were looking to sell our home and NextHome handed us off to this agent. Soon after, he started ignoring our inquiries and later we found out he does not even have a valid real estate license.

Sally and her entire team were terrific. From our initial contact, listing appointment, showings, contract signing, and closing; everything was exactly as Sally predicted. Price, time frames, and everything. We were out of state sellers and Sally was particularly helpful by sharing her contacts to help us move furniture, do maintenance, a minor repair and anything else we needed. "The Sally Love Experience" was delightful, I recommend her highly.

I contacted Kim late on a Saturday morning requesting some realtor assistance. The need was for a realtor to help us with our parents winter home as it did not seem that they would be able to return. Our time in the area was short and we only had the following day, Sunday, to initiate conversation with her. Kim met us the next day, continued to communicate with myself as well as family. She offered advise from her experience and ultimately listed and sold the house. She went above and beyond as well. She put us in contact with companies that were able yo sell personal belongs and prepare the house for sale. Even after things seemed to be wrapped up, she helped us to discontinue utilities services and return equipment. I would recommend that Kim help you with your real-estate needs as well.

Sally is simply the BEST!!
She and her team have excellent communication with extensive knowledge. We needed a few repairs and updates at the house and Sally provided multiple contacts all of which were reasonable, professional and fast.

These ladies were awesome. We have dealt with them for three homes. They negotiated fairly and were well prepared from start to finish. During the last home sale they handled the home prep including managing trades (home cleaning, carpet cleaning and repairs). They carried the load and kept us informed every step of the way. No question went unanswered. Response was timely and accurate. They are professional and handled issues with competence and grace. Todd was very attentive to my needs in purchasing a new home! He followed through right up to the closing.
After the closing:
We went upstairs and were walking along the upstairs railing and realized if we leaned against it, it would give way to the lower level!
Praying Todd finds a better inspector to go through the next home.
Many things were missed by the inspector…which are dangerous (second floor railing is loose); and the inspector would not go into the attic. I have hired someone to come and make major repairs and go up into the ceiling!
We talked to the inspector after and he acknowledged seeing the railing and the other things but didn’t touch the railing himself. His recommendation- “I will get a phone number of someone that can fix it!”
I would make sure you do not use this inspector. It has cost us a great deal of time and money to have repairs made to this home!!!
