Time and again, Vicky has come through for us. We listed the house with another agent (embarrassed) and it sat on the market for 9 months with no real offers. Vicky came to our rescue in May, and we were under contract in exactly 60 days in an awful market. The right marketing, the right pricing advice. Regretting not going with her from the beginning.
This is our 3rd sale with Vicky and she has helped us purchase 2 of those 3.

When we first decided to buy a house in Florida it was Vicky who not only helped us select a place but she went over the top helping us every step of the way. So when we decided to sell she was the first and only person we went to for help. And again, Vicky was tops every step of the way. Being stuck in NY the whole time was hard for us. Satisfied would be a poor way of describing the help we got from Vicky. She has been an enormous help with the sale of our home from making sure we got the best price to dealing with my outgoing tenants since I do not live in Florida.
