He knows the real estate market, he does not mind leg work, and he is extremely professional.

We were doing a real estate deal with Wells Fargo Bank, and that entity was horrible. At the last minute, Chris saved our deal by recommending another bank. He even called the new bank on our behalf. We closed on the original closing date, even after Wells Fargo had wasted 2 weeks of our time. Since then, we have worked with the new bank on another deal.

We had only a week to find our home and with the help from Chris we did it. Since the house was new construction we were required to make a trip to the design center in Charleston and Chris took the time to drive us there and stayed with us through the whole process. I highly recommend Chris. He is very professional, thoughtful, a great communicator, and knowledgeable of the local real estate market. He was a tremendous help to us in buying our beach house. Since we live out of state, Chris exceeded our expectations by meeting with contractors and getting quotes for us on the house that we eventually bought. His recommendation to buy the house insurance was a good one too. The hot water tank sprang a leak after the first week and the insurance paid for most of it. He was always available and informed me promptly of any changes. Highly recommended!!
