I highly recommend Daniel Trevino. He helped me out a great deal getting my home. Anytime I had any questions he was there to help me out. If he didn’t know the answer he’ll get you an answer. He doesn’t pressure you into getting a house. And he’s willing to travel to different cities near by to see a house. It was a pleasure meeting with him.

Daniel Trevino is the best! He went above and beyond in helping us find our dream home in Palm Springs. His level of detail, professionalism, and knowledge of the area was so very helpful. From viewing homes up to the time of closing he was there every step of the way. It was amazing how he made himself available when we had questions or concerns on anything. I met Shelly by calling on a listing of hers. She understood my needs immediately and my goals. After I met her in person, I felt like I’ve known her forever. Let me tell you she makes things happen fast. Two weeks later I own the home and it was an extremely smooth and easy transaction. Working with Elaine was an absolute pleasure. She is smart and was patient when I had thousands of questions. I had a price in mind for what I wanted to get for my house and she was able to sell it for my desired price within 2 weeks. Elaine communicates well and the fact that’s she’s an attorney put me at ease when it came to verifying all documents were in order. The transaction went smoothly and we closed the sale of my house in 30 days after accepting an offer. She also helped me buy a new house and she negotiated a 2/1 buy down for us and closing cost credits. I don’t know how she did it but her negotiation skills are top tier. I will definitely work with her again soon with my next investment property.

SYLVIA TOOK ON THE DIFFICULT TASK OF SELLING MY HOME IN JOSHUA TREE IN A DEAD MARKET ATTMOSPHERE. SHE HELD CONSISTANT OPEN HOUSES IN TIMES WHEN NO INTEREST WAS SHOWN. AS A SELLER, I WAS HOPING TO GET LAST YEARS PRICE FOR MY HOME, BUT THAT JUST WASN'T GOING TO HAPPEN. I BELIEVE WE SOLD THE HOUSE AT A FAIR PRICE.
