Julie is very knowledgeable about the entire process of listing and selling a home. She was very thorough when we wrote the listing contract. She kept us informed about everything that was going while the house was for sale and was very responsive to questions we had. When the time came to consider offers (there were 24) she put together a spreadsheet with all the pertinent information from each prospective buyer. This made the process of deciding which offer to accept easier.
Both the seller and buyer closings went off without a hitch and we are very happy with the overall experience. We would definitely recommend Julie to our friends and neighbors.
