Theresa Kuyl listed my home for me. At the time she went over everything with me and was by my side every step of the way.She was so helpful and we sold the house quickly and without any issues. This was the first time selling a home and she made everything so easy. If you are thinking about selling or buying a home I highly recommend Theresa she is wonderful.

We toured homes and discussed upside and downside as we explored various areas in a search of a home. He recommended contractors and personally brought them on showings in one instance to discuss the potential cost of some upgrades.
When we found the right home for our needs, Yaakov worked tirelessly to build a competitive offer without over extending ourselves. From there he was on the ball and moved things along quickly to get us to closing hassle-free. All the while he explained the process and worked with my best-interests at heart.

Annmarie was very thorough from top to bottom. She knows how to get things done and made us feel she was in total control. Our home was listed and sold so quickly, we didn't think it would be possible but she pulled it off and made it look seamless. I know a lot of effort when into selling our home and Annmarie went the extra mile to get it done. I highly recommend her if you are buying or selling. Outstanding job!!
