Dezarrea helped us find our house several years ago, and she recently helped us sell that same house. We've had such a great relationship over the years from Dezarrea. From dropping off pies during the holidays to keeping us informed of our home value over the years. Dezarrea is kind, thoughtful, and communicative throughout both the buying and selling process. I have also sent co-workers to her for their home purchase and have heard similar experiences. I'm very happy to have worked with her, and would do it again!

She took her time and helped us find a house that was the best choice for us. We looked at several homes mainly during the week and she was always alert and very knowledgeable of each place.
She had all our information in a folder very organized. We appreciated thar so much. Her attitude was very positive and optimistic. We felt very comfortable with her.. definitely recommend her.

We have never really enjoyed interactions with realtors prior to meeting Dezarrea. We were relieved to find someone who was patient, honest, and incredibly professional while still keeping a relaxed and comfortable atmosphere. My wife and I couldn't have chosen a better realtor following our relocation from Indiana to Kenosha, Wisconsin. Dezarrea took the time to sit with us and find out what our deal breakers were what we wanted in our dream house.
After presenting a number of options, we all hit the road for a whirlwind of house tours. We made an offer on a home only to be outbid, but Dez was not deterred. She came back with more opportunities to tour, she also took our requests and got us access to additional homes. She kept our spirits up and laughed along the way at a couple of the properties we suggested.
In the end, she found us the dream house overlooking Lake Michigan. She provided us with options for mortgage companies, home inspectors, vendors and banks. She helped us put together a dream team that made the process seamless.
Now, it is time to put our own stamp on our 103 year old lake cottage.
