Chris was a wonderful Agent. He really worked hard to get our house sold. We went through one disappointment thinking we had it sold. But, due to reasons not under either one of our control it didn't go through.
We learned from that and made some changes to the house and put it back on the mortgage, a few weeks after the listing we got a full offer. Yahoo!!
Chris kept us up (we were living in a different state} on everything and finally closing.
He has a wonderful upbeat, positive attitude.
I would definitely recommend him to anyone out there looking for an agent.

Erin was instrumental in helping us purchase our second home from afar. Damaris really is an outstanding agent. We are experienced buyers and real estate investors and can say she was the best agent we've worked with. We were moving from out-of-state and she made the process really easy for us. On the few times we traveled into town, she dedicated entire days to us and the communication was always up to date and crystal clear coming from her and her team. Even after only meeting her a few times, she began to pick up on exactly what we were looking for. Sha was amazing, after struggling to sell our house for 6 months with another realtor, Sha came in and had a strong game plan from the beginning. My wife and I were quite pleased with the process from to start to the finish. Communication is the key to most successful outcomes. Over the years my wife and I have had a few realators that did not always respond to messages of concern, or simple questions we had. Although everyone cannot always respond immediately to text messages they receive, it is important to get back with clients usually within a 24-hour window. Not responding to clients consistently starts to erode that solid foundation that is absolutely essential to maintaining close ties with clients.
