As a pastor for over 50 years one of my favorite verses in Scripture is Hebrews 13:2 - “Do not forget to entertain strangers, for by so doing some people have entertained angels without knowing it.” I met such an angel in the Realtor that came my way to help me sell my house in Gulfport, Mississippi. Her name is Ivy Yeoman from Mississippi Gulf Coastal Real Estate, Next Home Simplicity Co.
Ivy was more than just some help in the 6-month ordeal of selling my house. My wife and I retired in Gulfport, Mississippi until her death in December 2025. I moved in with my son to Indiana in March. Ivy was left all by herself from March to end of July dealing with crazy couples, to finding someone to put on a new roof, fix that and fix this. She had to put up with the delirious inspectors who came to “inspect” the house (3 of them). She fought for me on several occasions when we experienced a nutty turn in the road! I am sure she even expended some of her own money to make the dream of selling our house a reality. I highly recommend to anyone Ivy as their relator!

We recently moved to Gulfport and we had a weekend to find a house. Lynn honed in on our style the week before our house hunting trip and we looked at 9 houses that were all acceptable. It was such a hard decision and a little overwhelming but we sat down with Lynn and she guided us through a pros and cons list on each and soon it became clear which house was the one that suited our lifestyle best. She had our best interests in the negotiations as well and we got a great deal!
We would use Lynn again if the opportunity arises and would recommend her to anyone who is in the market.

Paul was outstanding to work with from beggining to end. He asked what we were looking for and paid close attention to the points that we were strongly passionate about as well as the points that we would have highly preferred to avoid. His attention to our likes and dislikes lead him to showing 2 homes, both of which fit what we were looking for, but 1 stood out so far from the others that we knew we need not look any further.
