My family and I were moving into the Gulfport area from a few states away and Paul made our search process easy. He is extremely knowledgeable of the area and was honest with his assessment of the properties we were interested in to meet our needs. He answered any questions we had and has great connection for home inspections, insurance companies and more. He's your man for the house you want.

Lynn is awesome! More need not be said. I was away when we began the house search. Lynn worked with my daughter, yet kept me fully abreast of everything.

Once I returned, she was unrelenting in helping me to find a place to suit most of my needs. Often, after viewing possibilities during the day, Lynn would continue to e- or text well into the night hours to answer questions, suggest alternatives or other possibilities. She would adjust her schedule, often on-the-fly to accommodate changes to my schedule. Weekends were not deterring even though she lived around 30+ minutes away.

Always extremely personable and bubbly, Lynn helped motivate lenders, insurance companies, and others by staying involved with the entire process right through to closing. She even bought a housewarming gift afterwards. She is a super agent, nice person, and hopefully new long-term friend.

Her communication was excellent. We've worked with Laura 3 times now, and all 3 we were more than happy with how friendly, professional, and just all around good at her job she was. We sold our house in less a week, with a backup offer, to a cash buyer, and bought our home for $65,000 under asking (appraisal value), and the seller threw in a new roof with some additional repairs.
