Articulate - Responsive - Professional. Terri is a rockstar in her profession. She listened to my needs. She protected me with addendums. She worked in a professional and fair manner with the buyers agent but took zero gruff. I would recommend her to anyone I know that is buying or selling. Terri did an amazing job of listening to what we were looking for, understanding our "nice to have" vs "must have", and keeping our time focused on good candidates for purchase. Terri is no nonsense, and does a great job of advocating for her clients.

I can't pretend to know how real estate agent networking works, or how an agent friend of ours in Minnesota knew about Terri in Oklahoma, but it could not have been a better fit! Terri is amazing and she reminds me very much of Pam, our friend.

Terri was very quick to understand that our schedules between Colorado and Oklahoma weren't going to be very flexible, or very easy. She was always quick and comfortable to suggest and host video walkthroughs of different houses and properties, she was always available on short notice to meet me at different properties when I was able to fly in. No distance was too great, no time was too early or too late. Terri was always there, she was always smiling, and she was always very understanding when I didn't like something, or when I did.

I can't describe the trust that I had in her, as early as I did. She just seemed like she'd always been my friend, and that she understood implicitly exactly what I wanted in a house. Even when we ultimately found our dream house, Terri pointed out certain features that it had that I had forgotten were as important to me as they were! It is safe to say she knew what I wanted a little bit more than I did there at the end.

Terri and I are friends on Facebook now :-) I plan to invite her to our first housewarming party and I have no doubt that she will come. We will share stories about this house, and others that she has helped sell or buy. I feel like I didn't just get a house, but I got a friend too. I can't recommend her strongly enough.

During the 60 days or more that we worked together she showed nothing but sincere patience towards me. On more than one occasion I was about to give up the search for a house because nothing met my criteria. She just kept trudging along and said let’s keep looking around. Then lo and behold she found a place for us that met every criteria we had on the list. She was also very professional and knowledgeable during the whole process.

Terri did an excellent job in helping us locate a home that fit our needs. She searched and searched, took us to several homes to view, and wouldn't give up when we were frustrated on available homes weren't what we wanted. Finally, when we almost backed off, she found the PERFECT home for us. We weren't easy to deal with, and she never gave up or expressed her frustration with our questions. Totally recommend Terri as she WILL find you what you want, and will help you through the process.
