Tanya was not only helping me with price point of the property, but was willing to listen to financial goals of the property in reference to restoration. She was willing to share some of her own resource people to get things done. My daughter, who works in the mortgage industry introduced me to Tanya. Not only has Tanya sold a property for my daughter but Tanya sent her flowers for appreciation for the purchase of my property. The only thing that disappointed me is I still haven’t seen any flowers coming at my doorstep. LOL.
