Lara McFerran was absolutely everything anyone could ask for in a realtor & more. Lara was the first person to contact me after putting out my information. I was looking for a retirement home, but not retiring for over a year. My knowledge of FL was limited so I was putting a lot of faith in my realtor. I was mainly looking to see what was out there and more importantly WHERE. Based on my answers to her questions, she then periodically sent me listings for me to view. After some time, I decided to view some properties in person. Lara set up quite a few places to see and all were great, but I was still just looking and getting ideas. She gave me a lot to think about. A few days after I returned home, she sent me a listing that she said I should see. My wife had it on the computer when I came home from work and told me that she thought this was IT. I had so much faith in Lara that she knew what I was looking for, I closed on it a month later sight unseen. It's everything I wanted. I still have a few months now to retire, but I can't wait to live my best life in my new place. Thanks to Lara looking out for me!!
