We chose Kent as our agent to sell our home after interviewing a total of 3 agents. We had met Kent over the years at various open houses and had admired his professionalism and success. He has a great appreciation for the history of our home and the neighborhood. His deep knowledge of the market and his dedication was unmatched and put us at ease throughout the entire process. He took plenty of time to walk us through all the steps and gave us time to consider our options. The property photos were exceptional! He threw an amazing open house that was described by some neighbors as a terrific party. When there were a couple challenges with the contract and/or buyer he came through and helped us get the best deal. He was always available to answer questions and provide guidance. We met Kent a number of years ago, and we were not quite ready to sell. His courteous and professional manner stuck with us. Islia Jovel came to me through a listing I was interested in touring. I had no prior information about her, but what I was about to find out was I had just met a remarkable realtor!
Islia met me in pouring rain to tour about six homes. She went above & beyond to be sure we were able to gain entry into each home, including walking through an overgrown backyard, in high heels, to get to a lockbox for keys!
Once I found the home I wanted to purchase, she really kicked it into high gear! She communicated frequently to keep me apprised of every step of the process. She quickly coordinated with reputable, local inspectors that I felt were very honorable & trustworthy. When there were issues with the seller & their realtor, both before and after the sale, Islia unhesitatingly engaged on my behalf to resolve the issues quickly and professionally.
I can't imagine having gone through the process of purchasing my new home without the stellar customer service and expertise that Islia Jovel provided.
I feel she and I started the relationship in a professional capacity but ended as friends.

I truly cannot adequately express how happy we are with Tyisha as our realtor. My wife and I are first-time home buyers and were extremely nervous about purchasing in a seller’s market. Tyisha was professional, organized, paid amazing attention to detail, and extremely knowledgeable. My wife and I are night shift employees and she was able to accommodate our hectic schedules. She seamlessly juggled setting up dozens of showings on short notice over the course of a year without ever making us feel pressured.
