We chose Kent as our agent to sell our home after interviewing a total of 3 agents. We had met Kent over the years at various open houses and had admired his professionalism and success. He has a great appreciation for the history of our home and the neighborhood. His deep knowledge of the market and his dedication was unmatched and put us at ease throughout the entire process. He took plenty of time to walk us through all the steps and gave us time to consider our options. The property photos were exceptional! He threw an amazing open house that was described by some neighbors as a terrific party. Nick was an excellent resource during my first-time home buying experience. We visited several properties, and he was patient during my search which took several months and multiple showings. Nick was very prepared for each showing, he came to the property with as much research as possible beforehand, and if I had any questions regarding a property, he was quick to respond and let me know the status of my request to the listing agents.
He worked closely with my selected mortgagee team and my insurance team even though they were providers that were selected by me, and he had never worked with before. During the inspection phase of the offering process, he had professionals with second opinions on speed dial which made the inspection process a breeze. I never felt pushed in any direction, but I felt that whenever I did have a question or a concern, we were quick to get an answer from Nick or from someone on his roster of professionals.
