Great communication, timely updates, and late hours. Sue is the best realtor we have ever worked with. Her tireless efforts to sell our home for the optimal price impressed us and help ease the stress of the ordeal. She contacted us by phone, text, and email to ensure we knew exactly what was happening, even during out of the office hours. In one instance she working with us to respond to an offer while on the way to her husbands birthday party, I felt so horrible.

Brittany Ulrich was our real estate agent who sold our home for us. She did an awesome job in all respects. She was very responsive to all of our needs, taking care of issues like plumbing problems for us while we had to be elsewhere. She did a great job of advertising our home in every possible venue, produced an amazing set of pictures and a virtual tour that was superb, and staged the home beautifully for showing.
Brittany gave us advice that helped us price the home just right. Following the first open house we received multiple offers that were at or above the asking price, and we accepted an offer 6 days after listing.
Besides being a real professional, Brittany was also a great person to work and interact with. She was always cheerful, friendly, and supportive. She is a truly nice person.

Sue is an exceptional relator! One thing I’ve always disliked about trying to buy a home is that realtors won’t be fully honest with you because it feels like they’re “looking for a sale.” Sue could not be further from this. She went out of her way to be how best and transparent and very clearly had my best interest’s in mind in all of our interactions. Not only will I use use for any future home I buy here, buy if I rent out my house I’ll be using her to manage my property. I can’t state this enough, look no further, Sue is who you need!
