I highly recommend using James for any real estate needs you have in the state of South Carolina. To say he goes the extra yard is an understatement. I had entered an agreement with my oldest grandson for a sale of land and a travel trailer. After 17 months he wanted out and asked if he could sell. I agreed and James listed the property. It was contracted quickly and a death in the buyers family delayed the closing for a period of time. James kept us updated daily. When the closing was scheduled the buyer contacted his agent and told him of a "hell of a mess" on the acreage he was buying. My grandson simply left a mountain of trash. James contacted him and my grandson basically told him he was broke and it was not his problem. James took it upon himself to get a truck, make several trips to the county dump and ensure acreage was in suitable condition to conclude the sale. He did this at his own risk, and expended about $300.00 Again, my grsndson thought it was his problem. I did reemburse James, but he had not expected it. This is above and beyond and reflects the quality of agent he is.

Ashley Dooley was wonderful to work with! Our house sold quickly so we were really trying to find a new house that fit most of our criteria. We found an amazing house but the builder accepted another offer. However, Ashley communicated with the builder and found us an even better house in the same neighborhood. We couldn't be happier! She made the buying and selling as painless as possible. Also, we loved that Bonni did our open house. She was amazing to work with as well!

Thank you Thomas for being a great realtor. Anyone looking to sell or buy a home...Thomas is your guy. Everything Thomas does is top notch. His professionalism is amazing as well. We listed our house with him on a Tuesday. He brought in a professional photographer (who has to be one of the best around). Our house showed every night since it listed and We woke up Friday morning with a great offer we were able to negotiate some and accept. Fast forward to buying..a house came on the market Saturday morning. We called Thomas to express interest and without hesitation he dropped what he was doing to get to the home so we could see it, and had an offer sent to them within a few hours of it being on the market. Although we got into a multiple offer situation with that one and didnt get it, Thomas worked hard for us and still helped us find an AMAZING home that we love.
