My husband and I decided to make a change...just not sure where. We had friends who lived in Lexington SC who told us to come on down and check out the area. We did...fell in love and decided to move. They gave us the name of their realtor...Doreen and Shelby. My first conversation with Shelby was over an hour! So personable. I was immediately comfortable working with her. As soon as everything was set up, Doreen and Shelby were in constant contact. They made the whole process, and moving a thousand miles was completely overwhelming, less crazy. They were with us every step of the way. This was my first house and I wasn't 100% sure how things worked but Doreen and Shelby made sure my husband I were informed of every step. We came down for a long weekend and meeting them both was like meeting family. We looked at a bunch of houses and came away with nothing. After we got home and a week later, we found our home via their website. They did the original walk through via Facetime with a friend of ours. The house was perfect. After that, they had every single thing planned down to the letter. Mortgage company, inspections, a thousand text messages from up us, final walk through, to what we needed to do after we moved down here. Any question I had, and I had a million, they were both SO patient and answered every single one even AFTER the sale (I'm still bugging them...LOL). We never felt lost in the process (and we were selling our home up North at the same time we were buying our home down South so CHAOS!!) and now we're in our new home in our new town in our new state and we couldn't be happier! My husband and I HIGHLY recommend Doreen and Shelby if you're looking for a realtor. You will not be disappointed, We came out of this with a beautiful home and new people we can call friends!

I was recommended to Debbie Mciver to help me sale a distressed property out of my sister's estate.
Right away she was walking me through the information I needed to give to the Court., what the property was valued at on the marke and information on how to keep the tenants informed and their rights. It was not an easy sale and the first offer fell through. Debbie kept moving forward and was able to get a good offer on the property. Everything about this sale was messy and complicated. Debbie did not budge in keeping up with the offers, tenants and the Court. I am thankful of her tenacity. I highly recommend her for her knowledge, years of experience, and most of all her customer service..

Long before we finally closed on a home, Jennifer was extremely helpful and giving of her time as we searched through various options. Knowledge of the area with a good feel for the type of home we were looking for was what we needed. I was able to observe her go the extra mile for us when we finally made an offer on a house and her attention to detail, plus expert guidance was critical and appreciated as we closed on a house and sprinted thru the finish line in 15 days. I'm not easily impressed, Jennifer White did impress me. We will not buy or sell again without Jennifer as our teammate.
