Nicole was recommended to me by a friend. I am so thankful for this because she was amazing. In this terrible Market she was able to get my condo sold and was on top of everything unbelievably. There was never a moment of lapse of communication between both of us, she was chronically posting and leading me every way possible. She had amazing contacts and when I needed to dust she would go there and do it for me. Even her inspectors that inspected my new place were amazing and didn't try to rip me off by getting kickbacks from the companies that they dealt with. I would highly recommend her.

Meredith helped me purchase a home in South Carolina so my family and I could have a place to stay when visiting my son at USC. From the very beginning, she was incredibly supportive and knowledgeable, guiding us through a challenging process with an unsteady seller.
Even as we were nearing the finish line, unexpected bumps kept popping up. During the final walkthrough—just hours before closing—we found the house still fully lived in, despite the seller having moved to Mexico! Meredith didn’t hesitate to step in and even helped clean the place out herself. She truly went above and beyond.
She also generously allowed me to have furniture delivered to her home before the closing date, which made everything so much easier. Her dedication, kindness, and resourcefulness made all the difference.

I put Nathan in a difficult position when I called looking for a home and needing to close in 4 weeks. I sent him several homes that I had looked at before contacting him, and he sent me a couple that he had available. After researching the homes that I sent him, and having a better picture of what we were looking for, Nathan found the perfect home for us. He worked diligently and expeditiously with me, my lender, and the seller. Only through his hard work and care did we end up in our beautiful home. Nathan is the standard for all realtors to follow!
