Nicole was very efficient and helped facilitate a smooth process from listing to closing. She helped with walkthroughs before the listing to help get the house ready and canvassed the area to let local buyers know about the open house. Once listed, she helped negotiate the contract only 5 days later. Nicole works for her clients interests and does everything she can to help sell your house.
