We had a situation while selling our home. The buyer's mortgage company was extremely difficult to work with. We ended up not closing until 5 weeks after the initial Closing date. Amanda gave us many updates and kept on top of it. We finally ended up closing after a very difficult transaction but it would not have happened without Amanda's diligent actions. Zach went through hoops to show us ample houses over several months of looking. He very quickly knew exactly what to look for when searching for us and anytime I found a house I wanted to look at Zach was ready to meet me. Zach was very informed on every topic you could think of in terms of a house And answered any question I had about things like potential renovations in different technical questions. That said we felt very taken care of throughout the entire process and would be completely lost if it were not for Zach helping us along the way. He made sure we were taken care of on closing day and had everything we needed.

If you think a realtor is there to help you find a house — ha! The realtor is there for all the BS after you actually find a house you like. Vanessa made that process as smooth as possible, helping us tweak our offer to get more than we thought we could— which was accepted — and then, because she's been around the market long enough, lined up incredible loan officers, inspectors, etc. If I needed something or had a wild question or needed to know a paint color, she was a text away. If you imagine buying a house as this treacherous trek through the African jungle, think of Vanessa as your Safari guide — you're still doing the same thing, but at least there's an expert there to make sure you don't get eaten by a lion.
