Zach came highly recommended within our neighborhood and for good reason. We’re a military family and had to sell after we left the area. He had a clear game plan from the beginning, made each step forward easy & was highly in tune with our needs & intent & negotiated well with minimal input and represented us like the rockstar he is. We were worried about selling the house at all & likely at a big loss and he and his commercial connections gave us valuable and timely options and he was able to save us tens of thousands of dollars and we closed in just 2 months!
