Kim is the only person you want to have as a realtor if you are looking to buy or sell. She truly cares about her clients and adds so many personal touches that let you know this is more than just a sale for her. My wife and I worked with Corey Fishcbach and Hugo Gonzalez with our home search. Any one looking for a real state agent, search is over when you find Santiago. I was refer to him by a close friend, I am so happy I had the pleasure to work with him when I was selling a property. I couldn’t recommend Santiago more as a real estate agent. He made the entire buying transaction very easy, and we never really lost hope after losing out on several other homes. He was able to tour houses when we were out of town, complete much of the necessary paperwork, And expedite the entire property buying process. He’s amazing!!

Corey and Hugo were wonderful to work with. We worked long distance with them first and they listened to what we wanted in a house. When we were available to go to showings, they had listings ready for us to see, and they all were in alignment with the characteristics we had requested. They gave us great advice in what to look for, what the market was doing and what we could do with the houses we were looking at. Their recommendations for outside services were also very useful and everything worked out beautifully. They helped us stay on top of things and made a difficult transition in our family life seem easier. I think what I liked the most is that I didn't feel like they were rushing us into a decision, or that they wanted to just make a sell. They truly listened to us, were honest with us, and gave us time and space to make a decision, guiding us through the process. Thank you Corey and Hugo!

Corey is the BEST realtor in the whole county. He has helped us buy three homes so far. Two weeks ago, he negotiated the price of a duplex we bought and saved us $120,000. He is very professional, funny, and kind. He has helped us from top to bottom in all our home home-buying processes.
