We have worked with Liz for several years, Seven years ago she helped us purchase our first home, as first time home buyers we were very uncertain of the process, cost, and necessary events that go into this life change. Carolyn worked for me for over three months covering four counties while I was house hunting. I had a very specific and long want list and any house she recommended had at least three of the key elements I was looking for. Her knowledge of the real estate markets in all of my target area was excellent, wide and deep. As well, her knowledge of the ins and outs of real estate contracts was unsurpassed.You will rarely have to wait long for an answer to the most trivial of questions! Made for an eased mind in what can be a difficult process. In my life I have experience with nine different agents and agencies and Carolyn Fox is by far the very best representation I have ever worked with. I have paid out a lot of money in commissions to agents over the years. Carolyn is not even close to the most expensive of them. She is worth every penny.
