Allisia was recommended to me by my daughter. My daughter's family had worked with her for several transactions and had so many positive things to say about Allisia. It was a great recommendation!
Being a single woman, things like this can be intimidating but it wasn't at all.
Allisia was very responsive, patient, thorough, respectful and professional. There were a few things that I needed to address before my home could go on the market and Allisia helped me navigate through those. My home ultimately was sold to a home renovator. That was the true condition of the home. She connected me with a buyer that had done business in their office and that made things so simple. Thank you Allisia.

Liz Kostroski is the best realtor to have whether buying, selling or both! I’ve worked with a few other realtors before I met Liz, and it felt like a business transaction. Yes, it is a business transaction, but Liz makes it fun. She’s very knowledgeable and resourceful, honest and fair. She’s respectful and kind. But what makes her someone you should know is that she is a truly exceptional person. She has great kindness and makes you feel relaxed and comfortable as soon as you meet her. I so enjoyed her personality that I wished I had more money so I could keep buying houses from her. I doubt that anyone has ever regretted getting to know her. She's great!!
