Allisia is more than excellent to work with. Everything's done in a timely manner, she's often even 2 steps ahead. Goes above and beyond to help make things meet closing requirements. Willing to work late night or early morning depending on your personal availability. Great with kids if they are a long looking too, even brought different little toys for them each to keep everytime. 10/10 would recommend and most definitely would use Allisia for my next house.

We found Liz on a whim after scheduling a viewing in Fort Atkinson and it seems the universe was on our side with the pairing. After our first meeting, we immediately knew we wanted her to help us on the journey of finding a home! She is incredibly knowledgeable and is able to convey said knowledge easily to help buyers come to their own conclusion about properties. Liz was always available if we had a question or if we were interested in looking at a property. She even went as far as to assist us during her time off/vacation! In the event that Liz wasn’t available, she would send a trusted peer in her place. We were lucky enough to get advice from both Liz, and her peer Alicia, at NextHome. Both woman were great and I would highly recommend them to anyone looking into purchasing property!

I was extremely impressed with her dedication to her job. After talking to her explaining our needs and wants in a house I was truly impressed on the time frame that she was able to find a selection of homes and showings we were able to see and that resulted in purchasing one. My husband and I tried to go about buying a house on our own, we quickly realized it’s much more complicated that it appears. We are so unbelievably thankful we found Allisia. We met so many realtors that were either too chill or too sales like… Allisia listened to our concerns, answered our questions, and truly cared about finding us our perfect home. She was available when we’d call or text, and was excellent at explaining things to us. She had our backs and advocated for us throughout the entire process when needed.
