I just sold my home in Wisconsin I had Allisia come into my home she took me step by step in what I needed to do to put my house on the market I did what she told me to do an she listed my house for me on a Thursday an Saturday night I had three offers on my house more then I was asking an we accepted one but she didn’t stop there she kept working with me all the way to closing if I had questions she had the answer for me she is really on top of here game an makes here clients fell number one I Thk her from the bottom of my heart for everything she did for my family an me I highly recommend her an the next home staff for your next buying or selling of ur home a hundred thumbs up to her

Carolyn worked for me for over three months covering four counties while I was house hunting. I had a very specific and long want list and any house she recommended had at least three of the key elements I was looking for. Her knowledge of the real estate markets in all of my target area was excellent, wide and deep. As well, her knowledge of the ins and outs of real estate contracts was unsurpassed.You will rarely have to wait long for an answer to the most trivial of questions! Made for an eased mind in what can be a difficult process. In my life I have experience with nine different agents and agencies and Carolyn Fox is by far the very best representation I have ever worked with. I have paid out a lot of money in commissions to agents over the years. Carolyn is not even close to the most expensive of them. She is worth every penny.

Tonya did exactly what I asked her to do. Show me houses until I found one. Every step we took together in my home buying journey was excellent. She booked showings when I wanted. She was very prompt with responding to all correspondence. I never had to wait or wonder what was happening. She was very direct with me which I loved. If she didn’t know something she asked more senior coworkers and she still got me the answers I needed in record time. She went over the home inspection with me. I closed within 30 days and she made sure I met all my deadlines as to not prolong the process. I had a wonderful experience with Tonya.
