Barbara Pierce sold our home and also found one for us to buy. It took 9 months but was well worth the wait. She continuously offered different options to produce buyers and never gave up. She was always there for any concerns we had. I have sold and purchased homes in the past and have never had a real estate agent like her. Purchasing a new home can bring a lot of anxiety, especially when it has been 36 years since you last did it. Barbara was wonderful in executing the entire process. With over 19 years experience in the realestate business her knowledge was useful when it came to home inspections, insurance references, and knowing the ins and outs of the Terra Cove community. When I had questions, Barbara had a quick response in either knowing the answer or getting the answer. She did a virtual walkthrough with me when i could not be there because I was in Ohio. Barbara represented me well during the closing process. I would recommend her to be your realtor on your next home purchase.
