We are military & Angie helped us out with buying our home “sight unseen!” We knew we could trust her after she toured the first home we requested. She provided good, honest feedback which made us feel at ease that she had our best interests at heart. I cannot emphasize enough how difficult it is to buy a home from afar, but Angie was responsive, engaged, answered all our questions and concerns. We had issues we had to deal with due to our jobs and our timeline which was frustrating but Angie helped mitigate or solve the issues we faced. We love our new home and would absolutely work with Angie again for our next real estate journey! Highly recommend!

We were 3,000 miles away to do this purchase , but we found Mrs . Angie Masterton who made some video chat to show properties in the area. We end up to like one of the properties and made and offer . We got the house , and were moving in right now . We want to say thank you so much to Angie , for the extra mile she put on her work , making calls over time , taking special interest on the property that we were looking for. She really took this house hunting as heirs .

I was recommended to list my home for sale with Misty MacDonald by a coworker who had achieved great results with the short-notice sale of his home in Waynesville. I had been stationed at Fort Leonard Wood since 2020, and I had three years of hard work caring for my home. I had high expectations for my sale in June 2023. Misty was able to obtain an offer on my home that far exceeded my expectations, and she did so with ONE (virtual video) SHOWING!! She maximized the benefit of the hard work I had already put in, and made selling my house a breeze. I know that my results are probably not typical, but I offer her my highest recommendation.
