We had a fantastic experience working with Lee Ann Woods from NextHome Team Ellis! She was not only professional, knowledgeable, and responsive throughout the whole process, but also incredibly friendly and nice. She helped us buy our dream house, which was a spacious ranch-style home with six bedrooms, three and a half bathrooms, a fireplace, wood floors, granite countertops, and stainless steel appliances. The house also has a screened-in back porch, a large fire pit, solar panels, and a detached garage with a room and a full bath. The house is situated on a beautiful 8-acre lot with a lake, a stream, and plenty of trees.

Lee Ann's warm personality and positive attitude made her a pleasure to work with. She always greeted us with a smile and made us feel at ease. Her friendly demeanor made the whole process of buying a house much less intimidating. We felt like we were in good hands with her.

Our new home is everything we could have hoped for and more! It's the perfect place for us to start our new chapter, and we have Lee Ann to thank for that! As they say, "home is where the heart is," and thanks to Lee Ann, our hearts are full of joy in our new home and our new friend.

Angie is amazing. I can't even put into words how great she was helping us sell our home. There were multiple speed bumps but she was always right there to resolve the issues. Her knowledge of the industry and area was extensive. She was always available for any questions my husband or I had along the way.
