Misty helped me significantly through the stressful process of buying my first home, even around my evolving schedule and across time zones. She was always flexible in her availability to help me, when I'm sure this was not convenient for her. When the first home I was interested had questionable findings on the inspection, she truly went above and beyond to find a home that fit my needs and situation. While also serving as the agent for the sellers on the home I purchased, I truly felt she approached the sale in a way that represented both parties remarkably well.

Misty was a true blessing in the process of buying our first home. We are a military family, my husband was deployed when the process started. It was stressful for us to say the least. Misty understood the dynamic of our move, took the time to understand what we needed in a home and took our purchase very seriously. Being first time homebuyers we had not been through the process, and she took the time to explain on more then one occasion all the ins/outs of our VA loan. We had to switch lenders at the last moment and she was able to find someone much better to work with. It was an amazing experience for us and would recommend a hundred times to anyone that Misty is more then just a realtor, but such a amazing person. She went to our home SO many times to help with repairs, videos, and even to check for damages from a storm. (AFTER we purchased the home but before we came to the area.) Samantha was always available for home tours and was very responsive. She was patient and understanding and worked through some tough situations. She was ready to answer our questions and was amazing from referring an awesome local lender, trust worthy reputable inspector, Title company and working within a tight time frame to closing after we closed on the sale of a home in a different state. There were bumps and snags along our journey to finding our perfect home place. Samantha was calm and put in extra time and work to make the process as painless as possible as we were out of state which makes it a bit more difficult. My Husband and I first contacted Samantha the beginning of 2023 that we would love her help in finding us a home in the FLW area while we were living in Washington DC . Which was a first for us buying a home from out of state . Samantha went above and beyond my expectations as a realtor. We exchanged many conversations and house viewings as videos walking through and around properties and while giving personal incite on the home which I highly admired as it felt like she was family helping me find the perfect home and keeping in mind our wants and needs with the home. Many questions answered , viewings later, we were set to close on a house and it didn't work out . Samantha gave a lot of personal incite and advice on negotiations we were unsure of, fought for items that were in our best interest with the home . We did find the perfect home for us and were even given a early move in before our closing date so we weren't in a hotel longer then needed when we moved to FLW. Honestly cant say enough . She would text, call or email at late hours to get things done , straight forwards with us . We look forward to working with her again when we sell or look into buying more property .

Misty is the best! I couldn't have asked for the sale of our home to go any smoother. She knew exactly what we needed to do to get it ready to sell, and had a buyer lined up right away. We sold in 2 days, and closed in 3 weeks. It was an amazing experience. We were moving out of state, and were totally comfortable leaving our home in her capable hands.
