Without Lisa and the LAD group, I don’t know how we would’ve gotten through the sale of this house. There is no one more knowledgeable or experienced in the Northern Virginia real estate market than Forrest. He was my first and only Choice to sell my house. I met Ed from a mutual friend of my wife. He was absolutely spectacular!. I don't give gratuitous comments because they ruin the authenticity of well deserved ones. Ed was professional, dliligent, honest, reliable and very well focused. Additionally, Ed helped us manage all of the inspections, outside contractors, insurance appointments, etc. He was A++ and would not hesitate to call on him again. Lisa is an awesome agent on all accounts!!! She was very responsive to our needs on our “next home” search. She truly listens to our needs, desires, what we are looking for, and connected the dots on all of those items for the properties that she helped select and present to us. My wife and I truly felt that we were having a collaborative experience with Lisa and the Next Home team. Also, as a resuilt of our home search experience, we made friends with her and her husband which we were not expecting, but it is a true bonus as proceed down our path (given this a bold future move for us and we don’t have a lot of friends and family in the Beaufort area - this is a big deal).
