I wasn't even looking for a place anymore and all of a sudden I got a text message for Paul saying that he had the place for me. We were under contract within 24 hours. He had an inspector, a lawyer, and someone to do the mortgage. He worked with me every step of the way to ensure that I had exactly what I wanted and worked within my price range (which seemed impossible!) His gut feelings are on point and he was always available when needed. I would recommend him to anyone. Even my mom didn't complain once!

Valerie was excellent! She understood clearly what we were interested in so did not waste any time showing us houses. She easily built rapport with other agents so made coordination easy. She kept us informed of what was going on and led us each step of the way for an easy closing. We were in the the Army so moved often and this was the easiest move thanks to her. She is a true professional and good at her job.

Ms Francois is an amazing Real Estate Agent. In 2016 she assisted me in finding my first home. We priced our Colts Neck house to sell itself without agent. You may imaging how many calls we got from agents to try to get us to sign with them. We were decided not to get the agent until we got a call from Paul. After a few minutes he gained our trust and we are positive that he earned his commision. We had many setbacks but with Paul we overcome it. He was very responsive and kept us informed all the time. His interpersonal skills and professionalism is hard to find.
