I represented my family in a complex sale of my grandmother's home. My grandmother passed away over 30 years ago so emotions were high and the process was complex. MRS. Wells guided us through the entire process and supported all of my family members. Throughout the entire process, from initially helping us to identify what we were looking for, all the way through closing on our Dream Home, the service and support we got from Chris was outstanding. As first time buyers, we of course appreciated his clear knowledge and skills as a realtor, in terms of helping us to feel informed and in a better position to make decisions. But on top of that, Chris' general style and open communication helped make the process comfortable for my wife and I- we cannot recommend him highly enough!
LaSonya has been a steadying presence who helped me sell my house in Adelanto during a volatile time. Interest rates kept changing making it impossible for quite a few people who wanted to buy my home to close. However, LaSonya stuck with me till we found a buyer who was qualified to buy my home despite the rising interest rates. Her negotiating skills and professionalism got me the best deal.
