I was selling a very unique property, one which it was very hard to even find comps for, and if that wasn't enough I was also looking to buy a new home. Anthony handled both for me. His knowledge of the area where I lived helped me to determine the right price to list my property. He also helped me find a turn key home and was able to negotiate the price I wanted to pay for it. And if this wasn't enough.....both properties closed on the same day. Needless to say....I will, and have recommended Anthony Pigati to my friends. When my father passed away recently I was forced to empty out a house and get it on the market. I had so much to do with very little help, but in stepped Nicole.
Nicole went above and beyond , helping me with anything and everything that needed to be done. The house sold quicker than I thought it would. I think it was only on the market about 11 days. I would recommend her to anyone and everyone that wants to sell a home. Great job Nicole!!!!
