Donna stopped by 2 see if she thought she could sell our house and when she left she wasn't gone more than an hour and called with a perspective.Client who bought the house above asking price. It never even had to hit the market. She was absolutely rock solid through the whole process and took care of everything for us and the buyer. Great attitude, great service, great result.

Donna was great. I was more difficult than some as I was moving here from Tennessee and had no idea about what areas to look in or what I could get for my money. She helped me through the whole process and found "the one". I was staying in a motel and she waived her magic wand and got me a closing date before Christmas. Thank you so much Donna for all of your help.
I met Mrs Rhonda a year ago we looked at several properties, she was very thorough about discussing what to look for and about inspections. The process took almost a year to find a property that I truly wanted. Rhonda never pressured me and told me to take my time and find what I wanted, it was sometimes late at night but she always responded. If your new to the housing market she is a great person to help understand the odds and end of a good purchase

This year I have had the opportunity to work with 3 realtors. Of the three Donna is the most professional, helpful, and caring. When pricing a home for sale I think most sellers rely upon the professional. In my recent experience Donna was the only realtor who priced a home appropriately and the only one demonstrating that it was her intention to sell the house for what it was worth.
