My wife and I decided to look for a home in Idaho to retire. After 40 years in a big city on the east coast, we craved a slower-paced life in semi-rural Idaho within 30-40 minutes of Boise. Heath took over for another property manager I had and did such a great job. I had two rental listings and a home sale going on at the same time. My worry was since I was out of state I would not be able to handle it but Heath took care of everything and made the process much easier.

John was phenomenal during the whole process of looking for a loan, searching for houses and then finally helping me put in an offer. He was very patient as it took me awhile to finally decide on the house that I wanted. He was there to help me with everything, even negotiated a few extra's on the house which was nice.
