Beth Smoot is an outstanding agent who is superb in tailoring the needs of the client with the market conditions. We selected Beth from amongst several other agents who came highly recommended by trusted friends and family. She proved us right. She guided us through the entire process starting with our vagueness as to when we wanted to move from our family home of more than 30 years and then reacting effectively when we decided to take an option to move earlier than anticipated. During much of the process we were traveling across time zones yet all the details were addressed. She simplified the preparation for listing and showing, saved us from doing unnecessary improvements, and helped to remove unneeded belongings. We were impressed by how seriously she takes her role as a facilitator of major life changes. Her pricing and negotiation were more than satisfactory in terms of return, timeliness and flexibility. Brian was recommended to us by a friend that just recently bought a house and we're very happy that he's our realtor! He's been very helpful throughout our entire house buying process, very thorough in explaining things about real estate which we really appreciate since we're first time home buyers. I also commend him for being so detail oriented and looking after us during house visits. Instead of just showing us around every house we visited, he checked them with us and made sure we didn't miss things, especially those that would cost us for repairs.
