Buying and selling a home is obviously a big deal and a major piece of a person's life and well being. Marcella and Beth were awesome to work with for our house sale and purchase. They were extremely knowledgeable about the housing market and had great suggestions for the successful marketing of our home. They were also very knowledgeable about the new construction process for the home we purchased. Although we had some very tight schedule timelines, they helped us to remain calm and focused and always responded timely to our calls/texts. And Bryan was a godsend with his truck to help us remove items for donation or disposal.

Beth, Brian, and Marcella were absolutely wonderful to work with! They helped us understand the area and the housing market long before we were ready to buy a home -- without any pressure. Then when we found a home we were interested in, they helped us consider other options, inspect and evaluate the house we were most interested in, and masterfully helped us negotiate with the sellers. Beth took into account our personalities and comfort in negotiating and helped us gently advocate for ourselves. Mickey had to research city codes and zoning requirements well as meet with city staff before determining the market potential of the property he represented for me.
