Family. Becka made me feel like she was helping out a family member or a close friend. Her patience, commitment, and communication is of the finest I've experienced in real estate. Mary Ann’s services were comprehensive. She arranged a photographer, virtual walkthrough, and floor plan, provided recommendations for a painter and handyman, arranged showings, created social media advertisements, and handled all of the communications with the prospective buyers and their agents. She was very communicative - keeping us in the loop on the progress of all of these items. Clair Fullerton recently helped us sell my mother’s condo. My mother had lived there for over 20 years. We have very precious memories there so it was a hard decision to sell. Clair was so helpful with her suggestions and guidance on the process. While the condo was on the market, my mom took a turn for the worst and ended up in hospice for 8 days before she passed away. During that time Clair was amazingly helpful and supportive. She handled almost everything for us during the closing process so it was a stress free as possible on us at a very difficult time.
