I was recommended Randy Kittler to sell my Dads house. When we met at Dads house (he was on time and attentive) I told him my concerns. One, I lived 2500 miles away. He eased all my concerns, and I remotely worked with him thru phone,text and email. When the house went on the market we got 5 offers the first day! I excepted one, and the house closed soon after.

We moved to Vermillion South Dakota from out of town. We were interested in a wide array of places and locations. We were able to come into town for two days to look at places. Janel showed us 25 places in 3 states in 30 hours. She arranged for us to see virtually every place we were interested in, and accommodated our replacements in the schedule.
