Julie represented us in the sale of our home and the purchase of next. I so strongly recommend her to anyone considering buying or selling. From the very first conversation about our *possible* interest, she began researching and investing her time to give us market information. It took us many months to commit to moving. Julie was patient and never pressured us in any way to make a decision. She helped us consider many options and scenarios in the beginning.
Once we decide to list our home, she often invited our input. Our house was under contract within 8 days! She made herself available to show us any house we wanted to see-even last minute (there were quite a few) She respected and fully represented our interests as our agent. We had many many questions along the way and she could answer every one of them! She was always available to communicate on our behalf to the other agents when we needed. Her knowledge and skill in realty really impressed me! I would choose her again a million times to work with.

Jenny was amazing from start to finish. She lined up all of the homes that we wanted to see in a timely manner and we were able to see all the homes we were interested in on the same day which was awesome so that we could compare and contrast the different things that we liked or disliked about each home. Jenny was there for any and every little question or concern that myself or my husband had (which was often- as we were first time home buyers). I can't say enough about Dorothy, and I am not sure that there is a word that fully describes her ability, knowledge, drive and determination to find us a home. Dorothy made herself available to us everyday on short notice when I contacted her that we would be coming to the area from out of state for 10 days to find that home. She was there to guide us through the whole process, from her excellent negotiation skills to up to our closing and beyond! Dorothy was always available to us with quick response times and was a great resource for other things that we needed in reference to our sale, such as excellent contractors, inspectors, etc. Dorothy has a treasure trove of excellent resources but let us decide who best met our needs to hire. I feel that Dorothy is not only an agent that I would personally recommend and use again, she has become a friend through this process. Thank you Dorothy!!

Julie assisted us in finding our home when we were looking in the middle of the COVID outbreak. We had a very difficult time, but she kept digging and researching for us... it paid off! She found a home exactly what we were looking for in an environment of quickly contracted homes. We now needed to have Julie assist us once again, but this time to sell our home. Once again, she did a very professional job. Now, in a very different market she put together a sales plan that allowed us to sell within a few months. We highly recommend Julie. I honestly can't say enough about Dorothy, so professional and highly knowledgeable of her craft. She is honest and a straight shooter, which is a rare commodity in today's world. And that's just part of it , Dorothy went so far and above any real estate agent my wife and I ever worked with, no other has even been remotely close.
