Planning on a move from Edmonton, Alberta down to Grand Junction, I was recommended to use Eileen by some good friends. Almost immediately after I contacted her, she phoned me, introducing herself and asking what kind of property I was looking for. During the few weeks that followed before I could actually make the house-hunting trip down south, she sent me many listings and we were able to narrow the choices down to the houses that had most of what I was looking for. When I flew down, we had only four days during which I HAD to find my new home! I’m not sure how many we looked at, but it was a lot. Well, with Eileen’s assistance, I found my little gem! Not only does Eileen know the real estate market in the Grand Valley extremely well, she also constantly went above and beyond in helping me close the deal via long distance. She even opened up the house for carpet measurements, not once but twice! I truly could not be happier with Eileen’s representation, and to top it off, she is a very warm and fun person to be around.
