Eric was amazing at helping me sell a condo I inherited. After seeing the condition of the condo and the comps in the neighborhood, he gave me his opinion of a solid starting price to list, to which I agreed with. Working with Kelly was great. I live 3000mi away. My visit to Michigan was going to be short and I didn’t have a lot of time.
