Steve was so awesome to work with from the beginning. I actually moved into Leisure World, which I have come to know is a world in its own. He is very knowledgeable with that area.
While I do understand that he is in Seal Beach, where the prices are much higher than where I was purchasing, I never felt rushed or that I was taking up too much of his time. He treated me just as if I was purchasing a multimillion dollar home.
I would not only recommend him for anyone purchasing within Leisure World, but I would definitely recommend him just in general as your broker. He is very thorough, always available to answer questions, and is there for you.

Steve did an awesome job for me which was much appreciated. All while interest rates were skyrocketing, out of control inflation, and buyers were disappearing left and right.
