He is very thorough in finding out all the details of a property. Like when he uncovered the fact that a property that I was looking at had to small septic for that size house. He also is very knowledgeable with the different rules and regulations that each type of loan has..FHA ect..So he sends house recommendations based on your likes, and what your limits are. He returns your message and phone calls probably. Overall a nice Guy to work with.
