Denise was not the first realtor I interviewed. She is the one I chose because of the time she took with me in our first interview. She made the effort to show me all the comps in my neighborhood and explain why we should price my house as we did. She went into detail to explain the process and answered every question I had. She was accessible to me by phone and text at any time of day and returned my messages right away. Denise made sure I was apprised of the progress every step of the way. She helped me to stage my house to prepare for photographs and videos. Thanks to her and the exceptional photographer she chose, my house sold very quickly.
Denise is also a broker and has experience with mortgages. She made sure potential buyers were pre-approved.
