Ariana Arroyo is highly recommended by us. We were long distance buyers and did not have a lot of time in which to look. We knew exactly what we wanted. She was able in just 2 days to find us something that would work for us. She then went above and beyond during and right after the sale to help us in so many ways as we were not going to be present for closing. She has a vast knowledge of the area, many contacts and made going through the paperwork part of the sale very bearable. Ariana is personable, friendly and makes you feel very comfortable through the process of buying. She continues to help even after the sale. Very impressive.

Ariana is an excellent agent in every way, she is always on top of everything that happens in the documents and calls. She is defined by her availability and kindness. Ariana was very helpful during the process of selling our home. She always suggested the best options when it came to lowering price, making our "empty" home look lived in for photos, etc. We were living in another city while our home was up for sale and she was willing to help with small "emergency" needs such as an irrigation leak and getting someone to trim bushes and weeds in our front yard. We appreciated her friendly personality and felt very comfortable discussing home issues with her. Everything went smoothly from beginning to end. We recommend her highly.
